We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. We offer the option to return any of our standard craft kits, Emperor’s resale garments and in-stock Maker’s Market items for a refund or store credit within 14 days of the item being shipped to you. We require that you contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return. Items must be returned must be in a saleable condition in order to be eligible for refund; any items returned with any damage, missing parts or excessively damaged packaging will not be refunded
We are unable to offer a refund on any items that have been made to order or customised in any way; this includes any made to measure clothing as well as any ‘make your own kit’
Whilst these items are non-refundable if you have a fit issue with a made to order or customised item (including clothing made to your individual body measurements and make your own kit pieces) please get in touch and we will do our best to work with you to find a solution. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch by email via info@tiersofjoyltd.com

There shouldn’t be any extra customs charges when your garments arrive as these are charged up front when you place your order on our website.
A 10% tariff is charged at checkout for customers living in the US, whereas the appropriate charges relating to the EU customers’ country will be included in the price.
