We are unable to offer a refund on any items that have been made to order or customised in any way; this includes any made to measure clothing as well as any ‘make your own kit’.

Whilst these items are non-refundable if you have a fit issue with a made to order or customised item (including clothing made to your individual body measurements and make your own kit pieces) please get in touch and we will do our best to work with you to find a solution. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch by email via info@tiersofjoyltd.com to explain what’s not feeling right + we will do our best to resolve any issues.
